How many people had objections from a trustee or requests for more info after the 341? and how long after... Just wondering how many people got to day 58 and then asked for something else? especially in a no asset case.. how common is it?

If there are no assets then there is nothing for the trustee to object to.
Are you asking about none dischargabe debt or a creditor objection?

There are some people on here who have made it to day 59 and got extended by the trustee, but it seems to be very rare. And I think in each of those cases they had an inkling that something might be amiss earlier in the process (like the UST asked for documentation shortly after the 341).

I have read a couple of posts where on day 59 the trustee wanted more info, ie budget info or receipts or anything like that , I just wondered how common it was... I understand that creditors have that 60 days, but just wondered when you know if the trustee or US trustee is satisfied with what you give then and even the day before disharge can they ask for more documentation.

my situation ....filed as household of 5. under median for 5 and just under for 4, girls are full time students, at home but they could choose not to accept them. wonder when i will find out if that is a problem.
if they choose not too, then we are 17k over median for hh of 3, so they may then want to do chapter 13 as the lawyer had said if that was the case, we were like 300 over per month on the means test, even though hubby has an old banger and his car keeps breaking down, i would be better off trying to get him a car rather than go 13 as he drives 3 hours a day for work, wonder if i can do that? Hmmmm
