A bit confused and nervous.....

My chapter 7 bankruptcy should be filed next week. The main reason we are filing is to get out from underneath our house that wont sell and we are upside down on. After the discharge, what happens next? We are already moving next month since we found a rental that suits are needs. Our mortgage is through USDA Rural Development. I was also wondering if they could dispute the bankruptcy. I'm nervous about moving when nothing is finalized yet but I'm also worried about being able to find a place. My lawyer said there doesnt look like there is any reason why anything would be delayed but still nervous..

Sounds like your attorney is right they really can not give you a hard time if you are filing.
The foreclosure may take a while but don’t let it scare you.
