What's the likely hood that my mortgage company will object to the bankruptcy?

My mortgage company is USDA Rural Development. We are going to let the house go.

it is dischargeable debt they can not. Unless you committed some type of fraud when you purchased your house

I have yet to see a mortgage company object in a chapter 7 case. There is usually nothing to object too. As was previously stated, unless you committed "real" fraud, you have nothing to worry about.
