Just to add more confusion to the mix, I just read a part in Nolo's How to File Ch 7 Book, and on page 222 (i think) it states that you only have to put what property you transferred within the past year that you filed. So....if that is the case and the look back period is only 1 year...then...well...i don't know. SO many different places are saying so many different things! Also I just read on another site that you can get anything in your name the day after you are discharged and they cannot come back to take it from you no matter what. so....i don't know. lol.
