I'm curious what exactly does the trustee ask for, in terms of bank statements and paystubs, how far back? And what questions does he ask, I'm so nervouse I'm almost backing out.

I filed on Long Island, 9/26/08. My Trustee was pretty easy on me, no statements or anything else. Just asked what happened, took 5 minutes.

I was so nervous, but it went well, I am just waiting for the official word. My 60 days was up 11/26.

It doesnt matter what state youre in, every part has a different trustee. It all depends on the trustee.

It really all depends on the trustee. I was required to submit the last 2 years of tax returns, 60 days of pay stubs, all current bank account statements, current credit card statements, mortgage statements, collection letters, etc. There is the 6 month look back period too. If you have any large purchases within 6 months of filing, it may be a problem.

Each trustee is different in what they will ask you. On the day of your 341 meeting the trustee will ask everyone there the same questions, (at least mine did) give or take 2-3 different ones based on the fact each case is different. Just answer everything truthfully.
