Is Metions supposed to be motions? If that is the case nothing to be concerned about because EVERYONE HAS a 341 which is a meeting of the creditors. You file, you have your 341-meeting of creditors with the BK trustee and hopefully no creditors show up -usually dont, and, barring any issues from the trustee(s) ,you wait for 60 days+ until your case is discharged.

IM confused about multiple trustees? local trustee and us trustee? I also see the name of a judge. I have been reading but I hear mention of only one trustee. I appreciate your help edwards

Don't worry about two many trustees - everyone has a local and a US I believe. The local deals with your case and if there's a complication it goes to the US. I'm pretty sure that's how it works ...

Don't worry about the trustee thing.

The local trustee is your "Bankruptcy Trustee". The United States Trsutee is automatically added a a party in all Chapter 7 cases because it is the US Trustee that oversees the Bankruptcy Trustee's and enforces certain provisions of the bankruptcy code.
