    After Discharge!

After the Discharge can you recived a gifted of moneys or a car and put it in your name!

Like if your familly was wanting to give you a money for a gift could you except it or would you have to call the trustee and hand it to them.

Or if some one gave you a fixer upper car as a gift would you have to hand it to the trustee!

Or if someone gave you a used TV or a Used Couch and table could you keep it or would you have to hand it to the trustee!

Any input would help. thank you!

Atfer your case is discharged and closed you can except those things without the trustee wanting them or taking an interest in them. Unless, you receive lottery winnings or an inheritence 180 days after your case is discharged. You should not worry.

Naaah, how would the trustee know anyway? No need to worry once you are discharged, unless its a lottery winnings or an inheritence...
