Hi all, my 341 meeting is this Thursday. I dont know how ive made it this long without losing my mind! Maybe because of the holidays. I am so nervous! My main concern is my 722 Redemption. Last day for objections to that was today and i checked Pacer....nothing. Does this mean i am good for the redemption? Or does the judge still have to approve it? And how hard are they on doing that?

Well, we were WAY upside down on my husbands truck....$18000, to be exact.We owe 31000, on his truck and its worth about 13000. So, we were financed thru US bank for the 13000 at a 24% apr. But in the long run, we would STILL be paying less with the 722. What im told is that the remainder gets charged off in the bk, us bank cuts my finance company a check for the 13000, and they turn them over the lien. Best part about it, is we can re-finance and we'd only be refinancing the 13 rather than 31000......FILED: OCT.31, 2008 (HALLOWEEN)

Good luck. Mine is Dec 8th. I have a question! Im suppose to bring my SS Card and Driver Liscens. The drivier Licsense i have got my old address on them. Should i go get new ones and up dates my addres!
