Hi everyone. I am filing in Kansas but going by the Texas bankruptcy laws as that is where I lived in the prior 180 days. I have a home in Oklahoma I want to keep..it has 15k equity in it. My question is..can I use my homestead exemption for a home in Oklahoma even though I go by Tx Exemptions?
