341 next weeeek! :-/

so our 341 is next weeek and I am so anxious....we met with the lawyer for a pre 341 meeting to get us prepped on the questions but it kind of stressed me out a little bit moreee . ::sigh:: well ours is late in the day anyway so hopefully it goes fast and the trustee is just worried about getting home! anyone remember the type of questions that were asked at your 341? I know they ask for the social license and make sure you signed the papers. But if there are any other random questions anyone has been asked feel free to share

We were asked the basic questions about name, address if all the info is correct, had we filed bk in the past 7 years and then he asked us a few questions about a house we had sold about 18 months earlier and where that money went. We just said bills and living expenses and he didn't question it further and then we were done. No grilling or trying to trick us or anything else.

Try to get there early so that you can listen in on a few cases. As you sit there you will basically here the same questions being asked. Name, Address, if this is your signature, have you receive or will be receiving an inhertience, does anyone owe you money, etc. Ours took about 3-5 minutes. GOODLUCK and keep us posted on how it goes.

well he kind of just referenced that right now technically we don't even own the clothes we wear its all the trustees ownership which kind of put everything in this weird perspective. but ours is weds too ah I hope it goes good for everyone's 341 this week!

I also have one more question: did everyone complete their post filing education before their 341?-we have yet to do ours

adaughter.. Yes i completed the education course last week. they about 7-8 chapters at the end of every chapter there is a 4 question quiz.

After you complete all 7-8 chapters there is a final quiz with 30 questions.

I acutally learned alot from taking it. your being timed durning the course i think you supose to take 180 minutes but i went over you can read it your self or turn audio on and some guy reads it for you.
