24 Hours till 341 Meeting

Well in 24 Hours i will have my 341 Meeting.Dec 8th at 9:00 a.m. Thought it would never get here. Now that its so close im a Nervous Wreck.

I just have a Feeling my attorney has missed something or forgot to tell me well any way tommorw it will be behind me.

I will post everything said for others to know what to expect.

I know just think what a relief it will be! and its earlier in the day so you wont have to be worrying about it all day unlike ours which is late in the day! I wish you the best of luckkk and hope it goes smooothly!

Mine is at 1:00 PM tomorrow, and honestly I kinda feel like I wanna puke.

I'm not too, too panicked about the 341. A month ago I had to participate in an arbitration for my work. Talk about getting grilled by lawyers! I needed a drink after that one, but our lawyers said I did great.

The thing is, I know I won't breathe a sigh of relief until I see the words "Discharged" and "Closed". I have family trust issues (I'm part of a family trust and there's the potential that I could possibly inherit but who knows when), so I have no idea if they'll ever even close my case.

Basically, tomorrow is the beginning of another countdown clock for me. Ugh.

Family Trust? Well me too but as long as everyone stays alive for 180 days that shouldnt be an issue....Is someone sick? Why would you be so worried?
Wouldn't still be closed after your 60 days?

Well Yestersday i had my 341 meeting. it went well. there were 2 cases infront of me they had all ready had theres but had to come back to bring trustee some other information. i wasnt expecting to see that.

Anyway the Trustee was a Elderly Lady the Man Trustee was running late she suppose to be the Tuff one. Just my luck i had her.



But just like every one said it went fast. The only person came was a Attoney from my Credit Union and he wanted to see some statements from my brokerage becuase i had used some funds to buy some stocks that i suppose to had bought a truck with.

Again i want to thank everyone on this message board for sharing so much.
