Property tax as an expense?
12-08-2008, 01:40 PM
If I pay my own property tax twice a year for my house, can I include that in my expenses? If it was escrowed it would be in my mortgage payment.
Thanks

Yes
Simply amortize the annual expense by dividing it by 12 and adding it as a monthly expense.
