yes and the land it sits on but it is with a local bank. And it has been vacant since May-we do not live in it-we live in another state. It is for sale right now but no one can get financed with it being a single wide mobile home. It just made me think though-it is in perfect condition-we took really good care of it. Should I get my appliances our of it? Refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove..really nice applicanes that are going with it. Also, should i tell the realtor that we are letting it go as he has a coupel trying to get finananced for it although I doubt it will work out.Originally posted by liz417 View PostAre you surrendering the home?Last edited by okiemom2008; 12-09-2008, 05:37 PM.

I would just let it go into foreclosure and save your $$ for an attorney, don't worry about getting caught up on the mortgage on something you are letting go. Talk to an attorney first, most have free consultations. And yes, I would remove all personal items from the property.Originally posted by okiemom2008 View Postyes and the land it sits on but it is with a local bank.
