who's in the 60 day club?

I am and supposed to be discharged early Feb.... 341 was today..
so a list who is in, also has it been quiet in the 60 day club for you any issues?

Im in the 60- day club! But i feel like questions are popping in my head up the wazoo! More than ever. I guess all i can do is sit and wait. My main question is: Is it true that unless I hear from the UST within the first 10 days of my 341 i am pretty much in the clear? My trustee has already filed my case a no distribution case and prayed that the judge grant it.

I thought he had 60 days..... maybe someone else can chime in? I am popping questions too and feeling just as nervous

I am! I am! My trustee filed her no-asset report and my case says "awaiting discharge." Not a peep from the U.S. trustee, and today is the 10th day since my first 341 mtg. The mtg was "continued" to get some paperwork in; I filed the paperwork and the trustee filed her no asset report the next day. I think that means it's clear sailing ahead, but I could be wrong.

what is the significance of the 10 days? anything I should look out for?

I read on here, I believe, that if the U.S. trustee is going to step in and object to a ch 7 (i.e., force a conversion into a 13), it will happen within 10 days after the 341. I make over the median for a ch 7 but qualified under the means test, so I was nervous about being forced into a 13. I think I'm pretty much in the clear now, though.

I'm in I guess. I also filed Oct.31. 341 was the 9th. We are going to have to get our cars appraised. Can you still be discharged if they think you have assets and are trying to get all that squared away? At this point I just want to be moved. I don't really have anywhere to go with all my junk and I have no idea when I'll have to be out of my house. The rental we are moving to is small and has no basement. We've been so busy we haven't been able to pack or sort thru it to get rid of anything but the necessities.

I'll be so glad when I'm on the other side of this.
