just got back from 341!

so we got there hours and hours early trustee was pretty straight forward with most people unless he had some sort of issue.
he obviously swore in

and then he asked

did you review the schedules petitions to the best of your knowledge?

are there any errors to bring to my attention?

did you list all of your assets you own?

have you filed bk before?

and thats pretty much it. and to think all of that worrying and anticipating for those 2 minutes. just hoping the next 60 days go smoothly

I know right!-it kind of felt like mine to since I've been through everything in this case with them. This has definitely been a learning experience. Cant wait till they are officially discharged and we can all move on with our lives.
