    Payday Loan

Is there a way where I could find out all the payday loans that I have taken out.Over the past 4 years I have taken out so many loans that I have completely lost track of them and I would like to make sure that they are all included when I list my debts.
    Filed Ch 7 Petition: 03/24/09
    341 Meeting: 04/29/09
    Discharge Due: 06/29/09

You can pull your credit and see if they are showing...

I have never used a payday loan, but don't they auto debit your checking account?

Can you just go back and look at your statements and see who you borrowed from based on your debits?

Are these payday loans from the internet or storefronts? If they are internet then it might be hard to track down the actual company that gave you the loan because these companies have so many dba's. I was caught up in the payday loan mess with storefronts and internet one's, which I included all of them in my Ch 13. Has any of these payday loans sent you any collections letters? If not, if you still have the same bank account that you used when you took out the loans, contact the bank and see if they can do a trace, dating so far back, with the names of the companies and the amounts that were deposited into your account.

I asked my lawyer about this since I have a debt with a company that I can't remember which of two it is. He listed both companies on the petition with a UNKNOWN AMOUNT. You could do the same with each payday loan company that you may owe money to. He also did the same thing with two mortgage guarantee companies to be sure they didn't back the mortgages.

                They were mostly internet companies

2 of mine were also. My problem is, I had them debiting WellsGargoyle and that bank account was left -$2,000K + negative...So I don't know if WF would be "Receptive" if I walked in and asked about a transcript of the account...

Call up all the Payday Loan companies that you may have borrowed money from and outright ask them if you owe them a debt. Just tell them that you owe one of the payday companies and can't remember which one it is. They will at this point more than glad to look up your account. Any company that says "Yes" gets added to the petition, even if could be somebody else's account.

List them all, let the judge sort them out.
