I just had a 341 meeting where the US Federal Trustee starting asking me questions (not the main trustee, the guy sitting on the side.) and then he decided the case needs to stay open for 30 more days, and that he wants additional paperwork. He also was a bit intimidating and i felt on the spot and was really uncomfortable. Any ideas as to what this means and what happens next?

He was asking about my rent, that it's high, and saying "you're place must be big" I replied that it is expensive where I lived. He then asked about "personal care expenses" which i honestly was estimating when i filled out the paper work, and felt on the spot, so he want an itemized list and wanted backtaxes from 05.Comment

Isn't it actually good to still have the case open for another 30 days thereby offering protection from creditors?
I am surprised he asked you about your rent and the size of your place??? Was he being judgemental???Much thanks for all the support and information I receive on this forum.
