Foreclosure and lawyers fees...

My house was in foreclosure when I filed Ch 7 on Nov 24.

I know there were thousand of dollars of lawyer's fees associated with the foreclosure but I never received any kind of bill from the lawyer's office. The only thing I ever saw was a breakdown of payoff amount, reinstatement amount, and lawyer's fees.

I included the lawyer's office on my matrix but did not include them on my Schedule F-Creditors Holding Unsecured Nonpriority Claims.

Should I have??
Should I file an amendment?

Those lawyer fees will be added to the deficiency of your foreclosure. As long as you listed the mortgage company, everything is included.

Thanks...yeah, I definitely included my mortgage company. It's just worrisome the things that keep popping in my head as far as...did I do this right...was I supposed to do that...

Oh, well...the trials and tribulations of filing Pro Se!!

I will say to all out there that this message board and the Nolo Chapter 7 book have been lifesavers in this whole process!!
