    Amex never reported to CB

I have an Amex and i noticed, while looking at my credit report about 8 mo. ago they have never reported to the CB, none of them. Well we filed 12/10 and they have already turned account over to CA, my question is can they report now to my CR the delinquencies or will they miss their chance?

My Buisness Amex did not report to my personal report either. I stopped paying it and in about 4 months they charged it off. It now shows on my personal report as a charge off and that's it. No payment history, lates, nothing...just a charge off.
Oh, and they use Nationwide Credit for their collections and they will call at least 10 times a day!

Amex business doesn't usually report to a personal CR. It is one of the benefits of having biz credit, it will report on your Dunn report or a similar business credit sevice, but not usually on personal UNTIL you default, unless you did nt give a PG. But most AMex products require a PG. Once you default, bam!, on your personal CR.

Having business credit can be nice, because it is kind of like a "hidden" credit line, but it will report as derogatory if you mess up.

I believe charge offs occur after 180 days of non payment.
