    Trustee requested some info

Hi, I have filed chapter 7 despite the fact that my income is above the means.
He called my attorney and requested my 2007 tax return, and some statements from my investments.

My 341 will be in early January. Is this standard operating procedure?
Much thanks for all the support and information I receive on this forum.
    Chapter 7 filed 11/21/2008

its required by law for the trustee to have your most recent tax returns...people at the 341 meetings that we saw and had no tax returns were rescheduled so yah get those in asap and you'll be fine!

I think we submitted 3 years at our 341 in Feb. 2008. As our 2007 taxes weren't done yet, we had to include them as soon as we got them done.
