    341 meeting in jan

checked pacer today... my 341 meeting is scheduled for jan 21.

i have a local creditor that makes a living out of suing former employees, they even had a article ran in the newspaper last week about how many employees they sue for breach of contract...anyway...

they have a full time in house attorney, they are local, and they are a small company, so i feel like they may give me problems... lawyer says "let em try, theres nothing they can do, and if they contest, we'll fight it out in court.." maybe its just me, but i feel like thats exactly what will happen

This sounds a lot like what we are going through. I have an enemy who without a real Judgment and only an unfinished 5 year old suit, dormant for 17 months until my bk has an Adversary Procedure to try his case in a warmer to Plaintiff venue. Google Shylock merchant of Venice. This is what you are facing. Best of fortune to you, and Merry Christmas. ‘Hub
