Non Re-affirmed Vehicle question......

I have a vehicle that i did not re-affirm on, Discharged thru my 7. If i now decide that do not want the vehicle, Do i just call them and say, Here ya go? and also, will after they take it, will it then show up as a repo on my CR since it was already included and discharged thru my 7?
