Received collection letter 8 months after C7

    Received collection letter 8 months after C7

    Just received my mail today and there is a collection letter from one of my accounts. I filed in May and was discharged 3 months later. Should I call my BK lawyer or just ignore the letter or call the collectors and tell them I filed and was discharged from C7? Thanks

    send a letter back to them with your case number and don't even worry about it after that.

      Just spoke with my attorney, he told me to send him the letter and he will take care of it no problem. Thanks all
