You will need your bank statements for the last 6 months for any and all bank and savings accounts you own. You will need your paystubs, or 'pay advices' if you get direct deposit for the last 6 months. You will need your last two years of income tax returns, and state income tax returns, if that applies. Bring any of your credit card statements or bills or anything of the sort that you can think of for the past 6 months. Also include your utilities, such as electric, gas, water, sewer--anything and everything that you can think of.
You may be asked for copies of your mortgages, loans, etc. Better to be over prepared than under-prepared. The attorney will tell you what you need beyond that.
