Everything is so bad

I panicked and paid them. This will keep them from suing me for at least another few months I figure. If you are going bk anyway, you through that money away. It could have purchased your car sticker.

I am just tying to stay positive but it is hard. I know things are going to get worse before they will get better. This is true, but it DOES get better. Many a time I was so down I just wanted to end it all. After a good night's sleep the morning always looks better. Remember you choose your day when you wake. You may choose to be happy in any circumstance, and you will be happy. If you choose to be depressed you will be. Happyness is a state of mind. You make it happen.

I do have a lawyer picked out but perhaps I should see a few more just in case. It would not hurt, and instead of feeling sorry for yourself, you could be filling our forms for C7 and go pro se. Yes you may stumble a bit in pro se, but once you file, nothing will harm you. You can get an exemption for the registration of your bk for hardship.
Thank god for this board I thank God for everything, even the strife we have, as it is a learning tool, and will make you a stronger person in the end.

Inpain66: We have all been there too. Time has a way of mending all things. Just by finding this place, you are healing as you see how many friends are concerned for you? We don't even know you, and for the anonymity, but that is fine and the people here are special. They don't need to know you personally, but only that you are a human being and giving is always more fun than getting. If you have nothing to give a person, you have knowlege, sympathy, advice, experience. We who are also healing and many of us have nothing, we always have somthing to give.
