My attorney told me the furniture company wants to know if we intend to surrender, reaffirm the furniture we purchased. Has anyone had any experience with this company. I told them to let them know we plan to surrender. We have not had our 341 as of yet anyone ever deal with this company?

I haven't but you should ask yourself:

1. Do we want to keep it? (If no, then just tell the lawyer that. The furniture company may not even WANT it, because it's hard to sell used furniture even in this climate)

2. They may be doing some "Saber Rattling" thinking to scare you into reaffirming the charge.

So that's my humble opinion...

PS. Check the online sellers on Craigslist..Good deals abound!

Thanks.. I could care less. It's just a rocking chair and bunkbeds with matress. I was just curious if they actually pick the stuff up.
Of course, It would be kind of funny telling them they can pick their stuff up between 1-4 pm.. Like they do for delivery. I was just trying to find out if anyone dealt with them and whether they are "Saber Rattling". I just want to make sure I get a new bed for the kids. I am not too worried one way or the other.. Just curious
