    Medical Bills

We plan on filing our paper work within the next week to 10 days. We have been working on paperwork, etc. for the last couple months. During the last several months we have had several medical things happen. Son with shoulder sugeryy ~$40K (not sure of our portion - insurance should cover most), another son with a kidney stone - our portion around $400, daughters psoriasis - our portion around 100 and husband with high blood pressure and various medical testing - our portion around 100. I plan on paying medical bills, do I list them as creditors?

My understanding is you should list all creditors. You could still work out arrangements to pay a discharged balance afterwards, such as to keep a good relationship for ongoing treatment.

Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

      Yes, list them.

Sorry you've been through so much with your children lately!
