Back from my 341. Had one creditor show up, ,made her cry!
She called me right after the notice of BK was sent to her, demanding payment. I told her that was a no no and she could be sanctioned. Not to be mean, mostly so she would not interfere and screw something up.
Anyway, the first party called got DRILLED! They had a one million dollar personal loan from a Dr Friend and her attorney showed up and layed in!
Took about a half hour for their hearing. These people have won something like 14 cars from the local casino in the past two years and spend over 50,000.00 a month there! ( My friend works there) Very interesting start to the 341 experience! Yikes.
My examination was smooth as silk, the Trustee was borderline flirty with me, even joked around a bit. Wasn't even my assigned trustee, he was replaced by the guy I had. Perhaps a blessing....? Took all of 3 minutes, then I was outtathere!
Filed pro se, did everything myself ( with a little help from Justbroke-thanks again Justy!)
