    As I expected

I noticed on PACER that the US trustee was added the same day that I filed, 12/15/08.

As I have been reading on this forum this was not unexpected given my income and debt load.

Am I correct in assuming that given my above average median income and $220,000 in unsecured debtload that this would be standard?

I am in Los Angeles, how likely is it that the US trustee would appear at the 341?

Does being in Los Angeles make any difference? Anyone else from my area?

I have called my attorney but he is just back in town and is swamped.
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

Actually, I don't know if he is or not. I was just wondering if this was standard.

How do I find out if he is involved?

Is it posted or does he just show up out of the blue? i.e do I get any warning?

      Thanks

The UST reviews all above median cases, so seeing the UST on the summary page doesn't necessarily mean they'll be involved. However, I will be shocked if you don't get the dreaded "UST request for additional documents" list soon. Unless they're swamped in LA I'd expect scrutiny. You're prepared for it, though, and you understand your petition so you're ahead of the game.

The US Trustee was listed on my summary page on pacer, no one showed from that office at the 341. I am above the median. Sounds like this is standard.

            Thanks.

I thankfully have most of my CC statements going back 2 years and my tax returns for many years more.

I experienced a real drop in income in 2007 and it has started to turn around now but I still did not use any cards or take any cash advances for nearly one year now, in many cases more than one year.

            Maybe I worry too much.
