After hearing that this meeting would be a piece of cake, I was able to get a little sleep last night. Got there a few minutes early and waited in the waiting area. My attorney arrived and suggested that we go into the room to hear a few cases so that I could get an idea of what to expect. WELL......the first two cases I heard, the trustee grilled them for more than 30 minutes each. One guy had properties in 3 different states, but only mentioned one property. He said that he didn't own the other properties because he was just a co-signer (??). Anyway, his case was extended for 90 days. The other couple had filed chapter 13 pro se and had filled out almost every schedule incorrectly. The trustee asked that they return in 30 days. Then a few more cases. Right before it was my time to go, another trustee arrives and the trustee that was assigned to my case (which my lawyer states was very humbling) left. Now I'm a complete nervous wreck......So my name is called and I was sworn in and the questions began......name, address, do you own property(yes, but no equity in my house), have you filed before, are you expecting a refund (yes, but he said that I had enough exemptions to cover it), are you expecting an inheritance within the next 120 days, have you read your petition, and is everything accurate in the petition. He then says, "I will report this case as no asset and good luck to you". At tops, it was 3 minutes. So here I am.......please welcome me to the 60 day club!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
