I called an attorney who advertises "Free Initial Consultation." Well the consultation was immediately over the telephone.
He told me that with Chapter 7, if my house is over the Exemption amount that the Trustee may make an agreement with me to make payments to him/her amounting to the overage amount. But if I renege on the payments, the entire BK would be discharged. (That won't happen.)
