and I have no clue what I am doing. I found a page that has query, reports and utilities at the top of the page so I tried to click on query and reports and both said that it can not verfy case when I enter my case number. What am I doing wrong?

go into query and then I usually go to case summary or status and it should come up with all your case information. Be careful they charge you .08 per page. -

Thank you so much JesseGirl! I finally got it to work with my ss# like you suggested. I only clicked on about 5 links (I wonder if it charges you when you click the back arrow and revisit a page?) either way I should be less than 10 pages when I logged off. I didn't really learn anything from it so I guess that it good?!
"No statuses have been terminated for this case" This is the only thing that confused me I am assuming that the above statement is good and nothing to worry about?Comment
