I just thought this was too funny, and got a good laugh out of it last night when I got home. On my answering machine was a message from CitiFinancial (who I have listed in my BK), one of the local reps called to say that he could see that I had closed or paid my account (something to that effect) and wanted me to call so he could possibly offer me more money! Seriously? I just had to laugh...

They are definitely screwed up. Here's my experience with them.
My DH had a loan with them, and yes, they always wanted to know if he needed more money.... If he was ever even 1 day late, they would call. If they got the machine (which they did, cause we worked), they would call every other number they had in there records trying to reach us. They even called my 80+ year old mother in law one day, and got her all upset.
Anyhow, when we filed our Chapt 13 3+ years ago, believe it or not, they actually filed their claim late. I brought it to the trustees attention, and he actually filed an objection to their claim.
They aren't getting 1 dime. Too funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing
