Tax Return

OK, so I was thinking about all of the posts that mentioned other's trustees looking for the 08' tax returns. Mine did not mention it, nor has my atty asked about it. I am looking at getting some monies back and was wondering if the trustee will know about it? Otherwise, I could hold off on doing them till April(I am not trying to fraud)... What are other's doing?

Mine did not ask for it either, no asset ch 7.

Do you have any room in your exemptions to exempt it?

If you do, the Trustee may have realized it and known it was a lost cause to ask for it.

You could always amend for 26.00 and exempt it later.

I think if you are declared no asset and the Trustee asks do be discharged of duty, you are most likely ok.
