My question still has not been answered. Is it ok to run a person's credit BEFORE the 341 if there is no intention in making a purchase?
There is no reason not to pull your credit. I'm a little more than a year out of BK and have applied for 5 CC and 2 car loans. That's 7 credit pulls with the most recent in November. I probably had 9 credit pulls since I was denied once or twice.

I just had my credit pulled by a mortgage company today.....666 684 and 698.

I also thought I'd be able to see my report, its just a score.

I work with credit reports all day. Many of these online agencies don't give you the FICO score which is vitual if you need to apply for credit. My experience is if you call them and ask them they admit they do not give you a fico.

Yes I did with 5% down and less than 2 years out of BK for $400,000 home.

At least that's what the guy told me.
