    341 scheduled

    According to Pacer my 341 is scheduled for 10/12 @ 10am and deadline for objections is 12/12. I'm surprised they're on the 30/90 schedule as I figured the courts would be backing up. (I'm not complaining-I'd prefer to get things moving along.)

    There is also mention of "Government Proof of Claim" which is due by 3/10/06. What is this?

    Governmental agencies have 180 days after the order for relief to file claims.

      Wow that was fast Staci!!! Hope all goes well for you. I need to sign up at Pacer I guess since we are filing tomorrow.
