Am I in the Clear?

I have checked PACER, and nothing is going on- I know no news is good news, but would have something occured by now? It has been 25 days since my 341, and the only thing on the flags is: REAF. The last update was on jan 6th regarding the reaffirm.... Should I have heard of bad news by now- if it was going to hit?!?

i would have thought your trustee would have updated the status with asset/no asset by now...and no - i can't honestly say you're in the clear and neither can anyone else - until that 60 day period is up. hopefully you are, though!

Ya the trustee did on dec 26th...I am also from MN! Had enough snow already! My garage door froze shut and broke the damn gears!

lol i can only imagine; i actually bolted from MN back in november for warmer climates...it's arizona now, awwww yeah. the high 70s and sunshine are painful.

i do hear about the harsh MN winter from a lot of friends though. i don't envy you guys. i've spent enough of them up there to last a lifetime though. bleh!

ps i'm quite sure that a company that marketed itself as 'winterproof' would make a killing up there, making monstrously over-engineered products like garage doors that will not break ever, below freezing. hehee.

I went with a no asset and on my 60th day 4 hours before the close of the day the UST extended my discharge another 90 days and is now saying he is looking for an extension to dismiss. NICE HUH??? talk about an obsession with pacer..... LOL I guess no news is good news, but then again I went almost 60 days with nothing and then BAM.... like Emeril.... It hit us...

I know there is no way of knowing, but it seems like the couple of you that have had extensions had something early on come up, beit JesseGirl and the CC statements, or yours with the audit.

I would like to hear from those that didn't have ANYthing and then bam(Emeril) slapped at the end....

You are correct - I did get pulled for an audit early on. And most likely, that was the reason for the extension.

I hope that yours flies by and before you know it, your 60 days will be over and done with!

I think it would put a lot of people at ease if we knew first hand what people experienced that lead to the extension.

Not that there is a science behind this, but maybe a trend?
