They aren't exempted until he files his report. Remember the trustees can and do in some cases challenge exemptions. (Please don't get afraid OP but this can happen).

I have not seen any such report, but am discharged. There were also no objections to exemptions. So you are saying I can't sell anything at all until they file this report?

PoorGrammy, did you check Pacer? I saw my report in Pacer. I don't remember getting it in the mail, but I just downloaded my file from Pacer anyway so getting something in the mail was not really a concern. Check your Pacer history. It is usually right after the 341.

I check Pacer about every other day. Have not seen anything at all. Wouldn't that be under history/documents?

It only says the trustee of the case has reported that the meeting of the creditors was held and concluded.

No report (either way) on whether its "asset" or "no asset". No objections to any exemptions or discharge. No flags.

And it was discharged in October.

Awaiting closing for 98 days now....

He could be waiting to see what your tax return will be since you were in the later half of the year. That is common for cases handled in the later half of the year.
