Uh PACER status help please!

Ok, case was dismissed for not missing a summary of schedules. Those were then filed with a motion to vacate the dismissal. Last day to object to that was yesterday 1/27

The Trustee did the 341 without me and filed a report of no distribution on 1/13

I found this today

Order Approving Trustee's Report of No Distribution and Closing Case. It appearing to the Court that the Trustee in the above-entitled case has filed a Report of No Distribution and that the said Trustee has performed all other duties required of the Trustee in the administration of said case; now, therefore, IT IS ORDERED that said report be and it hereby is approved and the case is closed; and the Trustee is discharged from and relieved of his trust. ------Clerk (Li, J.) There's nothing about a discharge....

Please tell me this is good and not that my case is closed without discharge!

How did the trustee conduct your 341 without you?

If I were you, I would call the BK court clerk tomorrow and talk with that person, and / or the caseworker assigned to your case. Since you are pro se, you can even call the trustee's office and talk with him or her.

I was told my 341 would be cancelled by the case manager until the dismissal was vacated so I did not go to the meeting. The following monday the Trustee filed the report of no distribution so I'm puzzled that the court accepts the Trustee's report but closed the case with nothing about the motion to vacate the dismissal? They got the required summaries as soon as I got notice of the dismissal and the motion to vacate was filed the same day.

I'm shaking. I can't even cry. I'm so scared.

did you pay the filing fee? or were you paying in installments?

I was paying in installments, the last was due the day I filed the missing summaries and the case manager advised not to pay it while it was in dismissed status.

Worst case scenario, I know there is a reopening fee.. since everything else is together including the Trustee's report - can I file to reopen to pay the final installment of the filing fee and be done? Or do I have to wait another 6 months to file? There's a wage garnishment that is going to come out of my paychecks and I'm about to transfer to another city in the end of Feb. The transfer comes with a raise that will mean an even bigger chunk of paycheck going bye-bye and I won't be able to even pay rent in the new city with 25% of my wages gone.

I just pray that this is something that can be reopened. The ONLY thing missing is the final installment of the filing fee. All of the forms and schedules are in there including the bk courses pre and post.

What a mess. I'm still shaking but trying to calm myself down. I'm supposed to be in LA on Saturday to put the deposit down on the new apartment - the only one that approved me in that city with my dog and current bk case. I have to be moved in by the last week of Feb to start the job on March 1st. If I can't pull this off I'm out of a job and a home since I've put in notice to my current landlord.

There is a bottle of wine waiting for me at home.....

ah yes but I can't drink much of it or else I'll hurl and be in a world of pain. I'll have my one glass and spend the rest of the night smelling the cork I guess.

I'm trying to take deep breaths. I'm at work for another two hours so there's nothing I can do tonight but do a mad search for answers.

I'm still waiting on word from my union too on whether or not they can loan me the money for the move. My company will reimburse all moving expenses but I would have to have something to reimburse and right now I got nada. Well, I have a $2 bottle of wine but I'm keeping that!

Meh, poured a glass and it's been sitting here for an hour. My nerves just aren't settling tonight.

This is supposed to be the end of five really really crappy years in my life. Get the debt discharged, transfer to the new city, make a decent living and start fresh in all aspects of life. It will happen, but not without a lot of struggle I guess.
