We didn't, but our case was not discharged on the scheduled date of June 12, 2008. Instead, it dragged on until August when I called our casw worker to find out what was going on--our attorney was as useless as a 'tit on a boar'--and was told that all we lacked was a copy of our Marriage license. We had a copy with us at our 341 and were told by the trustee that he didn't need it. Well, guess what? Once it was faxed and uploaded to PACER, we got our discharge.

I did find one person

Looking through old posts i found one person. who had no involvement whatsoever from a UST and 3 days before discharge they filed an extension.

make me nervous I have 11 days to go, and I filed an amendment 2 weeks ago saying i am giving up my car, had no choice they wont let a ride through.... I an under median and sc J says - 750 but giving up the car only makes it -250 maybe they can pick it apart, thing is i have to go and get another car anyhow...LOL!
I want the 11 days gone!!

I am doing the same thing! I am ammending my reaffirm and not signing it. I wanted to do it on day 59, but it takes the law office two weeks to process... And that will do a similar thing to my J..... OOH on a good note, if there is one, I just took a 27% pay cut... So that will help the J. LOVE the economy, love it.
