    quick question on objections

    Hi everyone,

On my pacer it shows an objections due 1/26/09 then shows an event filed on 1/21 for objections due 2/20. Is this an extension? If so why? I haven't received anything in the mail or heard from my attorney.

    Pacer Info

    Filed: 10/21/08
    341: 11/25/08
    objection to certain debts: 1/26/08
    objection to discharge due: 1/26/09
    objections due: 2/20/09 (filed 1/21/09)

Could you put the wording from pacer on here? Someone else posted on here recently that there was another objection period for them too. I don't know much about these things, but does the Trustee have to give everyone notice that they are closing a no asset case with no distribution and give them time to object?

TEW, I don't have any non-dischargeable debt and Trixie the wording I put under pacer info is exactly from pacer. Thanks!!

I was just curious if the "objections due 2/20" had any wording like, objections to closing. I don't know how that works, but I've seen two posts like this now in the last few days, so I wonder if that's what it is, that the Trustee wants to close your BK and they have to allow creditors time to object to that? idk, it's confusing. Hopefully someone will be along to help you soon!
