txs TEW and freshstartfl, I'm worried cause at any point after the discharge the car can be repoed, even if I pay they may still take it cause they know I have no monetary liabliity should I choose to give up the car later.

Subking, I think we are on very similar schedules. My last day for objections was Fri; due to a delay in my 341 I'm now on day 59 of "awaiting discharge" status. I would LOVE to see that "discharged" this week! And "closed" shortly thereafter! Here's hoping for us both!

well it is

60 days from your 341 meeting and on your paperwork it will say on the front page the last day for creditors to object.
