    Omg! Discharged today!!!


    I know that i cant really CELEBRATE till my case is closed.... but today, the request for discharged has been ordered. Which was REALLY fast cause my last day for objections was YESTERDAY! Thank you everyone for all of your input, information, and encouragement! I dont know how i wouldve spent my restless nights if not on this forum! God bless!

            so is the request for discharge order it then? does that ever get turned down..my last day is monday so want to know what to look for...

              THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE! B65, I believe the "request for discharge" IS indeed the discharge. And the closing validates it. On PACER where it was once blank my Discharge date says :Feb. 3, 2009. And from what ive read on here, it sounds like it. Good luck to you, hopefully yours will come soon as well!
