    Assets

Been trying to find an answer here but search didn't bring anything up.

I have exempted all but 400. Should have valued my furniture lower to be no asset for this measly amount.

Anyway, I am a chapter 7, asset case. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

How do you pay this difference? Assuming you give the money to the trustee, but when do you do this?

Wouldnt you be a no asset case if you used only your exemptions for your assets? Not sure Im following here. We all have something furniture, ect...What am I missing here?

I know, it was a dumb thing to do. I was preoccupied with something else and not paying attention. I have some heirloom pieces, but still should have lowered the price on them by 400 lousy bucks, lol.

I will be okay, just wondering how I pay the trustee and when.

Just thought of something else. Will this hold up the discharge timewise?
