Can I go to pacer?

Hi all, I received a call Friday, on my answering machine from Lawyer office to call them on Monday. I am almost possitive that they want to inform us that we are officially filed because we have been waiting over a month now. My question is Could I go to Pacer with limited info like ss # name, etc no case number yet, to check. I know tomorrow is Monday but it is driving me crazy and would like to know for sure. Figures I didn't get home until 5:10 and they closed at 5:00:-(

I was able to log in to Pacer and search by just my SSN.

Yes, you can go into Pacer and query based on just your SS# and find if your case has been filed.

Thanks for your replies, we are officially filed:-) Let the games begin, hopefully no bumps in the road, just a nice smooth ride, we'll see. I doubt it but one can wish.
