I've got some ridiculous student loans and no law or DR. degree. As an aside, it costs diffrent people differnt amounts of money to get through school. My loans paid for childcare while I was in class- for 4 years. For 2 kids. NOT CHEAP!

Keep in mind Skylight Bank will give you a checking account even if you are listed in Chex System and your credit sucks. My job required direct deposit so I used them for years until I could get an account with a local bank just before BB&T gobbled them up.
