Questions I have after filing
1. do they question if you have extra cash?
1. I have managed to eat at parents and go out to eat at work with boss and on business travel and I havn't spent my money so I have extra money
2. My parents have paid some recent bills for me so I can catch up with some other bills and other things i have negletcted such as care repairs and also paying money back to individuals.(due to gambling)
3. I havn't gambled in 90 days almost and I hope i can stay strong and change my life
3. Will they question cash withdrawls after I have filed. Will they ask me were I got money and If i say borrowed from family what will they do? I am confused and scared to use my money

When you file you should only have about $100 in your checking account. Remember your supposed to be poor, filing bankruptcy.
Now if you have $1,000's stashed away in your account, the trustee can and will take it if he see's fit......
