Reporting Status of student loans
It has been a tad over a month since bk discharged. Before now student loan showed in default, even though I am current. I emailed them and they gave me some bull that because I filed bk, I had defaulted on the loan. 
Well, I got a "form" letter today about my forbearance status, Showed that date to expire 09-28-1998. Then goes on to give amount of monthly payments and payoff amount then says, next payment due on 09-28-05. I went to the website and it states I am current. GO figure.I decided to check another account online, it still shows a large outstanding balance. According to Pacer almost all of my accounts were notified electronically about the discharge, (it was the same day I was sent notice via Us mail).
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
