We filed at the beginning of January. Our 341 is March 6. Is there any need for me to be checking this Pacer thing, or does our lawyer take care of that? What is the purpose anyhow. Sorry, if I am naive!

Ya it helps me more in control of the process, my atty's office is really busy and it keeps me in the know.

Pacer is going to be a quicker way of finding out anything, you can be on top of your case and any filings. Be careful, only click into something that has a new date at the top otherwise you will be charged. I am a mad woman, I'm always logging in.Filed Chapter 7 Petition: 12/22/2008
