PACER question

Hello everyone,

I just ventured onto PACERS (I couldn't help myself) and looked up our case summary. Here is what it said~

Pending Status-Awaiting first meeting (last update 2/11/09)
Flags-MEANSNO

My question is this~what does this mean? We already had our 341 on 2/10/09 and according to our filing we are a "no assumption of abuse" on the means test although we are above the median income. So does the flag mean the trustee is looking into this and thinks there is abuse? I am a little nervous, my attorney's paralegal just tells me that we are in "waiting mode" and everything is fine....

I would appreciate anyone sharing their thoughts on this....

MEANSNO means no assumption of abuse so you are good. They should update the "awaiting first meeting" shortly with "awaiting discharge". The Trustee will also file a Report of No Distribution. Mine changed two days after my 341, but for some it takes longer.
